The Toronto Real Estate Board has approved TWO Top Producer 8i Classes:
a Part 1 BASIC and a Part 2 ADVANCED. Each course will run for 4 hours,
and provide 4 CEU's per course - This replaces the existing single
course at TREB which was a little too much to absorb in a single
day - First BASIC Class will be 5th November and the first ADVANCED
Class will be 19th November 2009 - there will be the same two
courses in December 2009 at TREB.

has placed stringent legal obligations on a wide array of Canadian
organizations to ensure sensitive electronic information on clients is
used properly and doesn’t fall into the wrong hands.

Toronto Real Estate Board's MLS system, TorontoMLS™, effective 05
October 2003 - This release will permit users of TOP CONNECTOR - TREB
to interface with TorontoMLS and create superb CMA's directly.

MaxSolutions® Group wishes to advise all its clients that under the
requirements of
Federal Law - The Personal Information
Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA),
effective 01 January 2004, MaxSolutions Group will NOT make available any
information deemed to fall under the provisions of this act to any
person, or organization with whom MaxSolutions Group does business.
There shall be only one exception to this - The transfer of information
from a client to the enabling organization, such as TOP PRODUCER
Systems, or a chartered Bank, to enable the purchase of a product or
services by that client. It is deemed that such a purchase provides
implicit approval for the transfer of personal information such as,
Name, Address, and Credit Card Information.
MaxSolutions Group will NOT release information on its Clients,
especially that relating to, but not limited to: E-Mail Addresses, Home,
Fax, Business & Cell phone Numbers, Office and Home Addresses, Products
purchased, owned or used through subscription services and other similar and related information.
The
sole exception to this statement shall be to provide selected customer
information to TOP PRODUCER SYSTEMS Inc., the Company in Canada
identified as Creator, Owner and Vendor of TOP PRODUCER and associated
programs and related product
lines.
